Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within assigned territory for appropriate patients via differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), community physicians/HCPs, and other stakeholders; liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
- Field-based: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand through balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise.
- Prepare and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.
- Deliver fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Proactively collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; strong credibility with customers.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology required.
- Account management, selling/promotional skills with proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional teamwork, positive mindset.

Compensation & Benefits (as listed)
- Field (US): $144,500–$175,100; incentives/stock may be available.
