Position Summary:
- Field-based Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) supporting Hematology/Oncology in a defined territory (Myrtle Beach, SC; Charleston, SC; Savannah, GA).
- Drive demand and adoption of approved BMS medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue (label-consistent), leveraging CE^3.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair, balanced, label-consistent scientific dialogue using approved resources/publications.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns); organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for technical questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; share insights internally; comply with relevant laws/regulations/policies.
- Spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree; or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with customers; customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management, selling, and proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation & Benefits (highlights):
- Field (US): $144,500–$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
