Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines by engaging HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders, physicians/HCPs, office staff, and other stakeholders; collaborate with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs in a timely, scientific manner.
- Field-based; ~100% time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use tools such as CE^3 to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue: in-office presentations, speaker program organization, monitor emerging data.
- Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries; proactively collaborate with other field teams.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately; build credibility with customers.
- Strong account management and selling skills; proven performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration mindset; can-do attitude.

Preferred
- Cardiovascular experience.

- Field (US): $134,390–$162,843; additional incentives may be available.
