Position Summary:
- Field-based TAS role (100% time in field) serving as primary point of contact for HCPs to drive adoption of BMS medicines via differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and CE^3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS product indications in assigned territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Build and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call planning.
- Provide fair, balanced, label-consistent scientific dialogue using approved resources/publications.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs (Speaker Bureau approved) and manage logistics.
- Stay current on emerging data; support reactive medical Q&A via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally to improve HCP service.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers/HCP influence network.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management + selling/promotion skills with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness, positive team mindset, can-do attitude.
- Strong selling and promotional skills.
