Position Summary
The TAS is a field-based role responsible for driving demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) with deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement territory and account plans.
- Use tools such as SOPHIA to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership.
- Present approved scientific information to HCPs with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations.
- Organize external speaker programs (select speakers from Speakers Bureau-approved list; manage scheduling/logistics).
- Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications.
- Use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams to optimize HCP Customer Experience (Cx); share insights internally.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Experience building credibility with key customers and office staff.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management and selling competencies with proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset.
