Position Summary
- Field-based TAS role driving demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and execute territory and account plans; use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) for insights and dynamic call planning.
- Use approved resources/publications for accurate, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs (approved Speakers Bureau list).
- Maintain working expertise on emerging data.
- Engage Medical on Call to answer unsolicited and complex technical questions.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility with key customers/office staff; customer-centric approach to Cx.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Strong account management, selling, and sales performance; proven cross-functional effectiveness.
- Strong promotional/selling track record.

Compensation/Benefits (high level)
- Field (US): $134,390β$162,843 base range; additional incentive opportunities may apply.
