Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, and leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact; liaise with other BMS functions as needed.
- Prioritize safe/appropriate use of BMS products and overall business results; field-based role with significant time in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; implement territory/account plans; use SOPHIA for call planning; provide tool feedback.
- Scientific Dialogue: use approved resources accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; track emerging data; use Medical on Call for medical questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with field teams and share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data; strong account credibility and customer-centric Cx mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and proven performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with positive team mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Field (US): $134,390β$162,843 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
