Position Summary:
- Field-based TAS role to drive demand for BMS medicines within the Cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build/maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs; liaise with internal BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
- Prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand using balanced clinical/scientific rationale; build scientific expertise; prepare/implement territory and account plans; use SOPHIA for insights and dynamic call planning; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations consistent with label; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/complex technical inquiries.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with field teams for best Cx; gather/share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with customers; cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Strong account management/selling skills with proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset; strong promotional skills.
