Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in a defined territory for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build/maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact; liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets; create demand via clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; implement territory/account plans; use SOPHIA for insights/call plans; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Present approved scientific resources accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; maintain expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; demonstrated credibility-building; cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management and proven sales performance; cross-functional teamwork with positive attitude.
- Strong selling/promotional skills.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range (Field/US): $134,390–$162,843; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
