Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines in a defined territory by engaging Health Care Providers (HCPs) with deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, leveraging CE^3 and new ways of working.
- Build/maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely, scientific HCP support.
- Field-based role: anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers; prioritize safe and appropriate use of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand using balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call planning.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; lead in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging approved-indication data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: proactively coordinate with other field teams and share insights internally.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately to physicians.
- Cardiovascular experience required.
- Proven account management and sales performance; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong selling/promotional skills; can-do attitude.

Compensation
- Field (United States): $134,390β$162,843; additional incentive opportunities may be available.
