Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines by delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Serve as primary field point of contact for regional thought leaders, community physicians/HCPs, and stakeholders; collaborate with other BMS functions.
- Field-based role; spend much of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promote approved indications within a territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise in assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Build and execute territory/account plans; use SOPHIA for insights and call planning; provide tool feedback to leadership.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Present accurate, label-consistent information using approved resources/publications.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs (with approved speakers) and manage logistics.
- Stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
- Demonstrated credibility with customers/office staff and customer-centric focus.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management, selling competencies, and proven sales performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset.
- Strong selling/promotional skills.

Compensation & Benefits (high level)
- Field (US): $124,090–$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
