Position Summary:
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within assigned portfolio for appropriate patients.
- Engage HCPs with differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
- Build/maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while achieving business/performance objectives.
- Field-based: anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) for insights, dynamic call planning, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present approved scientific information; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain working expertise on emerging approved-indication data.
- Engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share internal insights.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility with customers via customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in cardiovascular (preferred).
- Account management and selling competencies with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration and can-do attitude.
