Position Summary:
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within the Cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Serve as primary field point of contact for regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs; build and maintain scientific credibility.
- Liaise cross-functionally to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products and business performance objectives.
- Field-based role; significant time spent with external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets; create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow product/TA scientific expertise; develop and implement territory/account plans; use SOPHIA for insights/call planning; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources/publications for accurate medical information; conduct in-office presentations consistent with label; organize external speaker programs; maintain emerging data expertise; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams; gather/share customer insights internally.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately; build credibility with customers.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management and selling skills; proven sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; positive, can-do attitude.
