Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Community - Northwest Texas

Role: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) responsible for driving demand and adoption of BMS medicines within the cardiovascular portfolio by engaging Healthcare Providers (HCPs) with scientific dialogue and personalized interactions. Responsibilities include promoting approved indications, building scientific credibility, conducting in-office presentations, organizing speaker programs, and ensuring compliant, patient-centric engagement. The TAS also collaborates cross-functionally to enhance customer experience, gather insights, and support overall business targets. Qualifications: Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, medical science liaison, or healthcare professional roles; strong communication, account management, and scientific expertise, particularly in cardiovascular; demonstrated credibility with HCPs and office staff; proficiency in data analysis, digital tools (e.g., CE^3), and resourcefulness in engagement strategies. Preferred: Experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas, patient journey understanding, and sales excellence. High-value specifics: field-based role in the U.S., with a focus on personalized customer engagement, scientific accuracy, and compliance; requires operation of company vehicle, with travel as needed. Collaborates with regional thought leaders, community physicians, and internal teams to foster impactful HCP relationships and support BMS’s innovative missions.
