Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in the appropriate patient population by engaging HCPs with differentiated scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs; build and maintain credibility.
- Field-based role; expected to spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand using balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Build and execute territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair, balanced scientific dialogue using approved materials; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share internal insights; comply with all applicable laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with customers.
- Account management and proven sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; strong promotional/selling skills.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.

Employment/Compensation
- Qualified Driver requirements for use of company vehicle (e.g., 21+, valid license, acceptable risk level).
- Field (United States): $124,090–$150,370; incentives/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
