Position Summary:
Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) is a field-based role (100% time in the field) serving as primary point of contact for HCPs/RTLs to drive appropriate adoption of BMS medicines via differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue, and compliant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote approved indications within a territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by communicating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Build and execute territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (if implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct label-consistent scientific dialogue; ensure medical accuracy.
- Deliver in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns) and organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data for approved indications; use Medical on Call for real-time medical support.
- Collaborate with other field teams and share insights internally to improve Customer Experience.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with customers/HCP influence network.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Account management and selling capabilities with proven goal attainment.
- Cross-functional effectiveness and positive, can-do attitude.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Field (United States): $124,090–$150,370; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
