Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) medicines in the appropriate patient population via compliant promotion, scientific dialogue consistent with label, and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Field-based role; ~100% of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications in a defined territory to meet/exceed assigned sales targets (compliant manner).
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain and grow scientific expertise.
- Build and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to dynamically inform call plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; engage Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HCP Customer Experience; share insights internally.
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers and customer-influence network; customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Cardiovascular experience preferred.
- Strong account management, selling competencies, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with positive, can-do attitude; strong promotional/selling skills.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field (US): $124,090–$150,370. Additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
