Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb cardiovascular medicines for appropriate patients by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) with deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based HCPs as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe/appropriate product use.
- Field-based: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio promotion: promote approved indications; create balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow product & TA expertise; implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 to inform call plans and provide feedback.
- Fair & balanced scientific dialogue: use approved resources for accurate medical presentations; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs; maintain emerging data expertise; use Medical on Call for unsolicited/complex inquiries.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with field teams and share insights internally.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to accurately communicate scientific/clinical data.
- Experience building credibility with customers and office staff; patient-centric mindset.
- Cardiovascular experience required.
- Account management and selling competencies with proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with positive mindset.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field (US): US $124,090β$150,370; incentive cash/stock may be available.
