Position Summary
- Deliver the Veeva Quality Vault portfolio and operational sprint releases.
- Develop and implement AI solutions to support and automate Enterprise Quality processes, partnering with BI&T AI, data enablement/analytics, and business/site teams from proof of concept through deployment.
- Provide technical delivery for assigned projects/sprints supporting Veeva Quality Vault (Veeva Validation Manager, Veeva Quality Docs, Veeva Quality Management System/QMS, Veeva Digital Validation Module), including standing up agentic architecture and agents for Quality processes.
Desired Candidate Characteristics
- ~2+ years life sciences experience supporting Analytics/AI solutions using AWS stack.
- Passion for healthcare technology; strong collaboration across teams.
- Excellent technical and communication skills; innovative/inquisitive; agility to learn new tools/processes.
- Veeva White Belt certification.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end manage technology assets to ensure they are reliable, accessible, and secure.
- Design/optimize LLM prompts; develop Python/Java AI applications; integrate and fine-tune LLMs; deliver scalable, responsible, enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.
- Lead build/test/deployment activities including security assessments, regulatory risk assessments, and incident response.
- Manage build/run of assets and ensure timely delivery of releases (Veeva Vault General, Operational, and Project releases).
- Partner with IT business partners and SMEs to define/plan/prioritize/deliver/support systems and communicate IT needs.
- Design technical solutions that satisfy business requirements; fulfill approved business needs.
- Obtain/maintain Veeva Associate Administrator Level certification.

- Thorough knowledge of IT principles and concepts (typically via degree + IT experience).
- Troubleshooting, stakeholder negotiation, presenting complex information, decision-making, process improvement.
