Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate robust CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows for reliable build, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Engineer full stack solutions by developing backend services and frontend components.
- Develop and maintain scalable, modular, testable code with appropriate testing practices.
- Integrate and standardize toolchains across the SDLC (version control, build automation, artifact management, security scanning).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize pipeline and application performance with observability.
- Embed and enforce security, compliance, and quality controls aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
- Apply DevOps/platform engineering practices, including containerization and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Support governance, traceability, and validation practices for AI-assisted software development in a regulated environment.
Required:
- Bachelorβs in CS (7 years); Masterβs in CS (6 years); PhD (2 years).
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI) and agentic workflows.
- CI/CD pipeline experience in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Strong backend skills; familiarity with frontend frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps toolchains and Git-based workflows.
- Docker and Kubernetes for deploying/supporting containerized applications.
- Understanding of SDLC, documentation, traceability, and validation in regulated environments.
- Ability to learn/apply new technologies; strong communication/collaboration; structured, detail-oriented working style.
Preferred:
- AWS/Azure cloud-native development; IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- DevSecOps (vulnerability scanning, secrets management, secure coding).
- REST APIs, microservices, modern web apps (.NET, Python, React, or similar).
- Observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry).
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
