Your Role: Senior Technical Services / Manufacturing Sciences Associate

Responsibilities:
- Champion the Continued Process Verification (CPV) program using statistical tools to ensure process robustness and mitigate manufacturing drifts.
- Drive technical productivity at assigned contract manufacturers to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance gross margin.
- Support technical governance: change management, deviation investigations, and oversight of batch processing records and quality standards.
- Lead/oversee technical transfers and new product introductions; ensure processes are validated and meet manufacturing standards.
- Act as technical interface for cross-functional teams; represent TS/MS during internal audits and health authority inspections.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (or advanced degree) in Life Science or Engineering (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry).
- 7+ years in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Production, Technical Science (TS/MS), Drug Development, or Quality Assurance.
- Applied statistics proficiency for data analysis/process monitoring; strong technical writing and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience partnering with CMOs.
- Working knowledge of cGMP environments and regulatory requirements across health authorities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing data stewardship systems (e.g., Veeva).
- Advanced pharmaceutical analytical testing and statistical software knowledge.
- Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary, multicultural teams and build external relationships.
