Remote within the United States (hybrid available in Vancouver, WA; New York City, NY).

Responsibilities:
- Gather and synthesize product requirements from AI, Engineering, Wet Lab Scientists, and Business Development; align with leadership on product strategy.
- Own product roadmaps; make trade-offs between priorities and risk.
- Build a cohesive product vision with managers and technical leads across disciplines.
- Create roadmaps, backlogs, and execution plans; define OKRs/KPIs; track performance and adjust using data.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception through deployment and optimization; remove blockers.
- Conduct research with teams and potential users to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Drive adoption and successful deployment of products across internal programs and external partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years producing production-grade software and/or technical products.
- 3+ years working/educational experience in AI/ML and/or Protein Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers and scientists.
- Proven track record building and executing product roadmaps.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with autonomy and bias for action.

Preferred (not required):
- MS or PhD.
- Biotech/pharma experience.
- GenAI/NLP/computer vision/LLMs/protein language models.
- MLOps tools (e.g., Weights & Biases).
- Domain depth in bioinformatics/protein design/genomics/immunology/structural biology/antibody engineering.
- NGS, SPR, or Flow Cytometry experience.
- Agile coach/product owner/Scrum Master.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $145,000–$180,000/year; competitive equity. Medical, dental, vision; employee stock purchase plan.
