Senior Tax Analyst

Role: Senior Tax Analyst supporting global tax compliance, accounting, and reporting within a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: manage multi-jurisdictional tax filings, assist with ASC 740 tax provision processes, ensure SOX compliance, and support international tax strategies; collaborate with internal teams and external advisors; handle audits, tax projections, and legislative updates. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; 4+ years' experience, CPA preferred; knowledge of SEC, ASC 740, SOX controls; experience in public companies and ideally with life sciences or high-tech sectors; strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills. HighValue: experience in corporate tax compliance, ASC 740, global tax planning, SOX controls, SEC reporting; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
