Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Agile)

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment to organizational goals and metrics.
- Anticipate talent needs; adapt to market changes; influence hiring decisions.
- Build talent pipelines with cross-functional teams and support employer branding.
- Partner with Total Rewards to develop competitive offers aligned to compensation structure.
- Use AI tools/data analytics to improve recruiting strategies and hiring outcomes (e.g., ATS/Tableau).
- Implement AI solutions (e.g., Eightfold, Paradox) to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.
- Combine technology with a personal touch to build trust, inclusion, and meaningful candidate/stakeholder relationships.
- Foster a resilient, agile workforce via digital skills, data literacy, and sourcing capabilities.
- Provide agile recruitment support as needed.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (biotech/pharma/tech preferred).
- Strong competitive talent landscape knowledge.
- Consulting/stakeholder management skills; ability to influence/build relationships across levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Expertise in AI tools, data analytics, and predictive hiring technologies; ability to adapt to changing demands.

Preferred:
- Experience recruiting Corporate Functions and/or Technology talent.
- Experience with BMS recruiting systems and tools.
