Senior Supply Chain Specialist β support end-to-end supply chain operations by analyzing data, executing processes, and driving continuous improvement across logistics and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and develop methods/criteria to obtain results using independent judgment.
- Provide global business process, data flow, and documentation support.
- Supervise, train, and guide less experienced colleagues; plan, prioritize, and schedule daily tasks.
- Conduct performance reviews; contribute to complex concepts, techniques, and standards.
- Optimize strategic results across organizational/cultural/geographic boundaries.
- Ensure GMP compliance and safe work practices (current SOPs).
- Analyze systems/processes and business performance; develop tools to support CoE service teams.
- Introduce/integrate new technologies and/or processes; develop inventory-level tactics.
- Assist with ERP functional requirements and business process flow architecture.
- Prepare project plans; manage projects to timely completion.
- Support supply chain planning initiatives; review/approve non-routine documents affecting budgets/timelines (e.g., work orders, contracts, POβs, material transfer requests).
Knowledge / Skills
- Planning/organizational skills; strong communication/time management; aptitude with computer systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; up-to-date with business operating systems (DRP, production scheduling), Oracle/DB2/Access, Excel.
- Proficient ERP software (Operations/Supply Chain); knowledge of cGMP operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience; BS/BA OR.
- 3+ years relevant experience with MA/MBA/MS.
Benefits / Compensation
- Salary range: $107,185.00β$138,710.00. May include discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
