Senior Specialist, Sales Force Effectiveness β US Oncology
Role Responsibilities:
- Translate field effectiveness strategies into actionable plans, tools, and resources.
- Track and analyze KPIs to generate performance insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally (marketing, analytics, operations, finance) to enable field execution and support product launches.
- Support business planning and resource optimization across customer segments using data-driven analysis.
- Lead adoption and continuous improvement of CRM platforms and field tools.
- Enable consistent field execution via training materials, playbooks, and ongoing support.
- Ensure field activities are executed in compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma + 4+ years relevant experience (sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharma/biotech/medical devices).
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, oncology, commercial operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actions.
- Business acumen with consultative, strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration, strong communication/organization/project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel ~10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology field sales or key account management experience.
- Experience supporting product launches/field execution initiatives.
- CRM and field reporting tool familiarity (e.g., Veeva).
- Sales force effectiveness/targeting/segmentation/incentive program exposure.
- Advanced analytics and AI-enabled solution experience.
