Role: Senior Industrial Hygiene & Biosafety Specialist within EHS, providing technical leadership at Merck's Rahway site. Responsibilities: lead IH and biosafety projects, develop and implement programs, perform risk assessments, laboratory safety reviews, and industrial hygiene monitoring; support compliance, incident investigations, and process hazard analyses; collaborate with manufacturing, labs, and facilities teams to integrate EHS standards. Requirements: BS in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Science, or related field; 8+ years of experience in industrial safety, biosafety, or environmental health, with proven project leadership; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
