Role Summary

Senior Specialist, RTC Fellowship Program Manager. Lead the RTC Fellowship for Global Health program’s day-to-day execution, driving alignment with strategic priorities to maximize global health impact and develop Fellows as future leaders. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ideate, coordinate, and implement plans for an exceptional professional development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the RTC Fellowship program, ensuring alignment with the company’s purpose to save and improve lives globally.
  • Oversee NGO selection process including application marketing, partner selection, and project refinement; collaborate with grant management, due diligence, Global Security, and Global Employee Health.
  • Manage the employee application period including campaigning, application preparation, and selection process.
  • Coordinate onboarding, assignment, and reintegration periods, including communications, training, travel support, and coordination with travel or event planning teams.
  • Identify and manage Alumni engagement strategies for professional development realization.
  • Influence Fellows’ development in leadership, agility, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, and innovation.
  • Translate strategies into actionable plans and manage resources to drive execution excellence.
  • Monitor and report program outcomes, using insights to inform broader organizational strategies and future initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., public health, global health, business).
  • Five or more years of experience in program and project management, preferably in global health or NGO capacity building.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution toward shared goals.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
