Responsibilities:
- Lead and support ASM business systems, integrations, and related technologies.
- Serve as the ASM subject matter expert (SME) for system functionality, configurations, integrations, master data, and business requirements.
- Identify, coordinate, and drive resolution of system, process, and data issues.
- Provide proactive system support, issue management, and process optimization to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Partner with IT and system owners on enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
- Develop business requirements, test strategies/scripts, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Improve data quality, governance, integrity, and compliance.
- Create/maintain tools, reports, dashboards, and metrics for ASM execution and decision-making.
- Develop, manage, and report departmental performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain ASM-specific business tools and reporting solutions.
- Manage ASM master data and data governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain and improve system/process documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
- Contribute to ASM strategic planning and execution of departmental objectives.
- Provide guidance/training/support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage system deliverables, risks, issues, and action plans.
- Lead/support ASM and cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Use data/analytics/metrics to identify trends and optimize processes.
- Support compliance reporting, audit readiness, and adherence to policies/regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (preferred: IT, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related).
- 3+ years supporting IT, business systems, clinical trial operations, supply chain operations, project management, or related.
- Experience with complex business systems, data management, integrations, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and operational planning.
- Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with clinical trial systems, ERP (e.g., SAP), planning systems, reporting tools, integrations.
- Master data governance, business process design, digital transformation, automation.
- SDLC, testing methodologies, and change management.
- Advanced reporting/dashboard development and data analytics tools.
Required/Preferred Skills:
