Responsibilities:
- Lead and support ASM business systems, integrations, and related technologies.
- Serve as ASM subject matter expert for system functionality, configurations, integrations, master data, and business requirements.
- Identify and drive resolution of system, process, and data issues; proactively support systems and optimize processes.
- Partner with IT and system owners on enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
- Develop business requirements, test strategies/scripts, and perform UAT.
- Lead data quality, governance, integrity, and compliance initiatives.
- Create/maintain tools, reports, dashboards, metrics, and departmental KPIs.
- Manage ASM master data and data governance activities.
- Maintain and improve system/process documentation, training, and SOPs.
- Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and standardization.
- Support strategic planning, cross-functional ASM projects, analytics-driven optimization, and compliance/audit readiness.
- Provide guidance/training and systems support to stakeholders; act as point of contact for ASM systems strategy and digital transformation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: IT, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related).
- 3+ years supporting IT/business systems, clinical trial operations, supply chain operations, or project management.
- Experience with complex business systems, data management, integrations, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial, supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and operational planning.
- Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders in a matrix.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements/system solutions.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with clinical trial systems; ERP (e.g., SAP); planning/reporting tools/integrations.
- Master data governance, digital transformation, automation; SDLC/testing and change management.
- Leadership in process improvement and advanced reporting/analytics.
