Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end therapeutic-focused group input meetings (GIMs) and consulting service agreements (CSAs).
- Review expert input action memos for global and U.S. programs; ensure each memo clearly states the business need.
- Lead planning/execution of GIMs: develop agendas/discussion guides, select scientific leaders, execute compliantly, and finalize executive summaries.
- Ensure program documentation aligns with policies/procedures and is archived in the appropriate online repository.
- Manage end-to-end therapeutic-focused global (ex-U.S.) medical education programs.
- Develop medical-education agendas (independent and with select societies) aligned to regulatory governance and country guidance to improve patient outcomes.
- Inform selection of scientific leaders, oversee planning documentation/content, and supervise execution.
- Ensure COI checks are complete (including FCPA) and expert contracts align with country guidance and Fair Market Value (FMV).
- Oversee/reconcile budgetary and financial transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or health care.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to measurable objectives.
- Experience building relationships with external stakeholders.
- Attention to compliance and legal expectations.
- Experience with U.S. and ex-U.S. regulatory, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong project management; ability to solve complex problems.
- Travel: 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD/PharmD/DO/MBBS or similar).

- Stakeholder relationship management; healthcare/medical education; medical writing/publications/communications; data analysis; project management; regulatory compliance consulting; product lifecycle/risk management.
