Role: Full Stack AI Engineer supporting Global Development Operations within biopharma, focusing on AI-native products involving large language models and agentic workflows. Responsibilities: develop, maintain, and operate scalable, secure applications using Python/Java and React JS; incorporate human-in-the-loop, continuous learning, and model governance; support SaaS and in-house platforms; implement microservices on AWS; monitor model performance and manage drift; collaborate with stakeholders on application lifecycle, incident resolution, and enhancements. Requirements: minimum 2 years in software development, proficiency in Python/Java, frontend frameworks like React, and AI concepts; experience with Generative AI tools like LangChain, AWS services (Lambda, S3, SageMaker); data analytics skills (SQL/NoSQL); strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
