Position Summary
Full Stack Developer for an AI-first, agile product team supporting Global Development Operations (GDO). Develop and operate AI-native products using large language models, agentic workflows, and data-driven intelligence.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain LLM-native/agentic applications (human-in-the-loop, continuous learning, monitoring, governance) using tools such as Claude/OpenAI/AWS Bedrock/LangChain.
- Build scalable, secure applications with Python/Java and React.
- Support and continuously improve a portfolio of SaaS and in-house apps (availability, performance, operational stability).
- Partner with stakeholders for support, incident resolution, enhancements, and lifecycle activities.
- Implement microservices on AWS; incorporate microservices/APIs/MCPs/event-driven processes.
- Implement CI/CD; monitor production model performance and manage drift/retraining/rollback.
- Investigate system/data issues and drive short- and long-term remediation.
Requirements
- 2+ years software development; Pharma/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
- Bachelorβs in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
- Strong Python and/or Java; UI framework preferably React.
- Solid AI concepts; familiarity building AI applications. Generative/Agentic AI with LangChain is a plus.
- Data analytics skills (SQL/NoSQL).
- Prefer AWS experience (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker).
- Strong problem-solving/analytical skills; clear communication and collaboration in a matrix organization.
