Purpose:
The Sr Specialist, BHR will be a trusted partner to the Allergan Aesthetics BHR Team, leveraging best-in-class HR practices to construct, deliver, and support HR initiatives and communications for Aesthetics BHR and clients. Partners with HRConnect, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Talent Management for key initiatives across the Allergan Aesthetics US business, and helps integrate AI processes where applicable.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the AA BHR Team and AA Commercial Business; develop HR strategies, needs assessments, and HR solutions; assist/lead proposals and recommendations; prioritize projects.
- Support key strategic activities with the Director BHR to support the US Aesthetics division leadership.
- Review and create HR analytics tools/decks to help leaders understand workforce trends; ensure alignment customization across functions.
- Lead headcount analytics and auditing with AA Finance; monitor headcount trends and hiring accuracy aligned with headcount plans.
- Deliver coordinated HR lever communications for the US Aesthetics organization; centralize BHR communications and HR COE initiative plans.
- Conduct exit interviews and termination processes; analyze workforce analytics and provide metrics on US AA trends.
- Build relationships with HR partners across Practice Areas and Centers of Excellence to coordinate HR service delivery (including key business cycles).
- Represent HR services/resources to the business and manage HR organization reputation.
- Use historical/broad organizational data to inform HR decisions and assess optionsโ€™ impacts.
- Identify process trends and implement improvements linked to other organizational efforts.
- Assist with diagnosis, development, and delivery of HR strategies/programs/services; ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies.
- Develop agenda content for BHR Team meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 5+ years experience; project management experience.
- Understanding of functional HR roles/responsibilities and business impact.
- Strong data analytics and reporting knowledge.
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activity (preferred).
- Strong cross-functional relationship building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; preference for Workday and Visier.
