How you will make an impact
Senior Specialist 2, IT Technical Support & Maintenance supports and maintains the NetSuite ERP environment and integrations with Workato, Zone (AP automation), and RF-SMART. Provides day-to-day technical support, system maintenance, planned releases/approved changes support, user-level security, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensures alignment with SOX and GxP requirements.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- NetSuite Support: Provide Tier 1/2 support for Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality; troubleshoot transactions/workflows/saved searches/roles/permissions; coordinate NetSuite releases/patches/changes; assist with testing and deploying updates/customizations; maintain configurations and document changes.
- Integration Support: Monitor/support NetSuite integrations with Workato, Zone, and RF-SMART; collaborate with vendors/internal teams to resolve errors and optimize performance; document workflows and maintain configuration records.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure configurations/workflows/access controls meet SOX and support GxP by maintaining validated systems, documenting changes, and participating in reviews/audits.
- User Training & Documentation: Create/maintain guides/FAQs/training; conduct onboarding and refresher training.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform health checks/data validation/performance monitoring; plan/execute maintenance (downtime, patching, updates); support audit/compliance via access controls and data integrity.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve usability/efficiency/reliability; participate in ERP/automation enhancement initiatives.
Education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
- 8+ years IT experience; 2+ years supporting NetSuite ERP (technical or functional).
- Familiarity with Workato (or similar integration platforms).
- Experience with AP automation (Zone preferred) and warehouse management systems (RF-SMART preferred).
- Understanding of SOX and GxP in an IT/systems context.
- Strong troubleshooting/analytical skills; excellent communication and documentation.
- Preferred: NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification; scripting (SuiteScript/JavaScript) or integration logic; background supporting validated systems in life sciences/regulated environments.
