Senior SharePoint & M365 Architect

Role: Senior SharePoint & M365 Architect, serving as the enterprise technical authority for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, primarily SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform. Responsibilities: develop and own architecture, strategy, and migration plans; establish and enforce governance and security policies; design complex integrations; serve as escalation point for critical issues; advise senior leadership; drive adoption and change management; mentor engineers and administrators. Qualifications: 12+ years in enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 deployment; deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, governance, security, and compliance (Entra ID, Purview, DLP); certifications such as AWS or Microsoft Solutions Architect preferred; bachelor’s in computer science or related field preferred. High-Value: focus on collaboration infrastructure within biopharma (regulatory compliance, GxP considerations); experience with automation (PowerShell, Graph, Power Platform); leadership in large-scale transformation programs. Work setup: primarily onsite with travel as needed within the U.S.; expected salary $160K-$185K; comprehensive benefits package.
