Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Independently perform analyses and implement data, software, or technology solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and reproducible products in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior leader. Understand software development and technology infrastructure (servers, storage, network connectivity, virtualization/cloud), and general understanding of data integration/warehousing and data analysis/visualization tools. Technology Engineers are aligned to: Information, Software, Data, or Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks competently and independently; produce reliable results
- Analyze and critique results; note significant variances from ServiceNow best practices
- Troubleshoot workflows, access, portal, and reporting issues
- Modify protocols as HR needs change
- Understand business gaps and propose technical solutions
- Demo new ServiceNow functionalities to stakeholders
- Support HR Acuity case management application
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in requirement gathering for new ServiceNow HR requests
- Adhere to corporate standards (code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, SDLC)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s + 6 years; or Master’s + 5 years; or PhD + 0 years
- ServiceNow HRSD configuration and/or development experience
- Agile framework experience (strongly preferred)
