As a discipline expert and technical leader, drives functional performance by designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions that enable and accelerate delivery of new or improved products and services. Acts as a technical leader at group, department, and cross-functional levels, managing Technology, Solution, and System architectures and ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards. Provides architectural leadership and governance across key enterprise solutions, including service management and workflow technologies, to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and drives discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives, including enterprise solution and system architecture.
- Provides architectural leadership and design guidance for enterprise service management, ServiceNow, and enterprise solutions.
- Ensures quality and effectiveness of major initiatives through sound architectural design, early risk assessment, and mitigation.
- Partners with business, HR, OEC, IT, and BTS stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Reviews and evaluates solution options, enhancements, and integrations for enterprise impact, security, and technical fit.
- Mentors and shares architectural best practices.
- Identifies and evaluates emerging technology trends for short- and long-term architectural planning.
- Shapes and manages relationships with vendors and partners.
- Ensures adherence to security, compliance, data protection, and audit requirements.
- Contributes to multi-year roadmaps and project plans.

Qualifications:
- BS (or equivalent) in Science/Technology + 9 years; MS + 8 years; PhD in Science/Technology or PharmD + 4 years.
- Strong ServiceNow technical background in enterprise systems and solution architecture (preferably regulated environments).
- Experience designing/governing enterprise service management, Service Portal, Catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC solutions, and workflow automation.
- Ability to evaluate solution options and design sustainable architectures.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in regulated environments with security/compliance considerations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
