Role: Senior Scientist supporting Bristol Myers Squibb's cellular therapy product portfolio with expertise in bioassay, flow cytometry, and molecular biology. Responsibilities: perform hands-on laboratory experiments for QC analytical methods, support method development, transfer, validation, and troubleshooting; lead investigations, contribute to technical reports and regulatory submissions; collaborate with development teams on assay optimization; train and mentor staff; ensure compliance with GMP and global regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; 8+ years of analytical experience in regulated environments, preferably in cellular or gene therapy; proficiency in cell-based bioassays, multiparameter flow cytometry, and molecular biology techniques; strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, FDA/EMA guidelines, and analytical method lifecycle. Preferred: advanced degree; experience with viral vectors (lentiviral, AAV); project leadership skills; effective communicator and team collaborator; willingness to travel. High-value: expertise in cellular/gene therapy QC, biological assay validation, regulatory support, and cross-functional team engagement.
