Senior Scientist

Role: Senior Scientist in Pharmacokinetics, Drug Metabolism & Bioanalytical (PKDM-BA) at Amgen, supporting bioanalytical method lifecycle for drug candidates in preclinical and clinical phases. Responsibilities: design, lead, and execute experiments to develop and validate quantitative bioanalytical methods; review study protocols; author reports; troubleshoot and optimize bioanalytical assays, ensuring compliance with GxP standards. Requirements: Doctorate or Master's with 2+ years or Bachelor's with 4+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO experience; 6+ years of lab experience preferred. Skills: expertise in immunology, biochemistry, cell biology, ligand binding assays, bioanalytical method validation, and GxP regulations; experience with automated liquid handlers; strong scientific communication and collaboration skills.
