Senior Scientific Manager, Medical Affairs - Gastroenterology

Role: Medical Scientific Reviewer supporting AbbVie's gastroenterology portfolio, focusing on reviewing promotional and non-promotional medical content, and developing educational materials. Responsibilities: perform detailed scientific reviews, maintain expertise on product labels, disease states, literature, and guidelines; serve as a scientific partner to field medical teams, TA teams, and R&D; evaluate literature, interpret data, and ensure regulatory compliance; develop non-promotional resources and contribute to external educational initiatives. Requirements: scientific degree (MS, PhD, MD/DO, PharmD, NP, MSN); 2-3 years clinical, research, or industry experience with understanding of therapeutic areas; strong communication, analytical, and project management skills; ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
