Role: Lead strategic medical affairs activities for AbbVie's oncology portfolio, focusing on assets like Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib. Responsibilities: provide scientific and medical input into core activities such as data generation, medical education, risk management, and stakeholder engagement; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory teams; develop and oversee medical plans, advisory boards, and scientific communication platforms; contribute to Phase II-III trial design; represent Medical Affairs in governance and external interactions; and support asset strategy development. Qualifications: MD or equivalent with 5+ years clinical trial experience (7+ preferred) for Executive Medical Director; PhD or PharmD with 10-15 years of industry and trial experience for Senior Scientific Director; proven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and scientific expertise in oncology, particularly immunology and targeted therapies.
