Senior Scientific Director / Executive Medical Director, Medical Affairs – Hematology

Role: Senior Scientific Director / Executive Medical Director overseeing medical affairs for key oncology assets (Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib), providing strategic and operational medical input across development and commercialization stages. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams, develop scientific communication and evidence plans, support trial design (Phases II-III), and manage external stakeholder relationships including KOLs, payers, and providers. Lead governance activities, medical education initiatives, and safety surveillance, ensuring compliant delivery of data and scientific communication. Qualifications: Medical MD/D.O. with 5+ years (Senior) or 15+ years (Executive) industry experience, including clinical trial leadership, with expertise in oncology (likely hematologic malignancies), and familiarity with Phase I-III clinical development, regulatory requirements, and pharmacovigilance. Advanced degree (PhD or PharmD) preferred for Senior level. Experience leading global teams, developing asset strategies, and engaging with external stakeholders is essential.
