Responsibilities:
- Administer and oversee incentive compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and payments for Specialty & Bioscience staff.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources to develop and maintain efficient compensation processes and policies.
- Understand incentive plan metrics, targets, and payout structures; manage and communicate plan administration.
- Partner with Analytics to collect, validate, and integrate data into the compensation system.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies.
- Support sales representatives and managers with guidance on incentive plans, calculations, and payouts.
- Stay current on incentive compensation best practices; recommend process/system enhancements.
- Collaborate with Analytics to improve and streamline the compensation system (accuracy, functionality, usability).
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of plans, payments, and related documentation.
- Produce automated performance reports; analyze individual/team achievements vs. targets.
- Support quarterly review of individual index values with HR, Compliance, Sales leadership, and Operations.
- Develop business acumen to ensure compensation plans support growth and profitability; understand Specialty and Biosciences selling models.
- Communicate complex concepts and deliver presentations of objectives, strategies, and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (BA/BS) in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Marketing (Required).
- 5+ years in sales compensation administration, reporting, and analytics (preferably in medical device/pharmaceutical) (Required).
Benefits:
- Base salary range: $90,000β$115,000/year.
- Short-term incentive opportunity (bonus/performance-based award) within first 12 months.
