Senior Research Associate, Analytical Development

Role: Senior Research Associate in Analytical Development supporting biopharma discovery and pre-clinical programs, primarily in immune oncology. Responsibilities: perform and optimize protein characterization assays (HPLC, CE-SDS, iCIEF), conduct formulation and stability studies, analyze complex datasets, and document results for regulatory purposes. Collaborate closely with research teams to advance novel therapeutic candidates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years or Master’s with 3-5 years industry experience; proficiency in HPLC/UPLC (SEC, RP), protein analysis techniques (CE-SDS, iCIEF), and data interpretation; strong benchtop skills. Preferred: experience with ELISAs, method qualification, stability, and formulation development. High-Value: biologics, protein therapeutics, analytical method development, supportive of discovery and early development stages, with focus on immune oncology. Work Setup: onsite in San Diego, CA; full-time.
