Responsibilities involve overseeing publication timelines, coordinating with internal teams, external authors, and vendors, managing submission documentation, tracking milestones via systems like iEnvision, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a scientific or healthcare field, 5+ years in scientific publication or medical communications within pharma/biotech, with experience managing complex publication projects, manuscript and congress submissions, and familiarity with publication guidelines (GPP, ICMJE, PhRMA). Preferred skills include proficiency with publication management tools, strong organizational and communication abilities, and experience in rare disease or endocrinology. The role is based in Boston with a hybrid work model and may involve some travel.
