Senior Project Manager - Engineering & Automation

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical oversight for complex, interdependent cGMP technology and equipment implementations to deliver strategic value.
- Ensure required technical resources are in place; optimize deliverables using iterative, feedback-driven processes.
- Lead teams and manage stakeholder communication and conflict resolution to improve speed-to-value.
- Apply SDLC processes to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Develop automated dashboards to report project performance using KPI assessment.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks; allocate resources and monitor progress via KPIs.
- Use data analytics and supportive AI to forecast business impact and streamline decisions.

Requirements:
- BS/BA in Science/Engineering (or related) and 10+ years’ experience in Engineering, Automation, or IT.
- Direct pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility experience; strong project management within a portfolio management framework.
- cGMP computerized system procurement, design, installation, and support experience.
- Strong GxP Change Management knowledge.
- Understanding of bioprocessing equipment design and GxP software quality system principles with focus on data integrity.
- Knowledge applying SDLC concepts to global computerized assets for qualified GxP use.
- Advanced portfolio/program/project management experience.
- Ability to create schedules, dashboards, reports, and project documents using tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical/problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
- Experience with design, development, configuration, and implementation of computerized equipment/systems for cGMP use.
