Senior Project Finance Analyst

Role: Senior Project Finance Analyst supporting Clinical R&D projects in biotech, medtech, and pharma. Objectives: manage contract payment processes, analyze project budgets, and support profitability tracking. Responsibilities: review contract schedules, prepare invoices, analyze budgets and hours, calculate monthly revenue and backlog, assist with change order assessments, and support cash flow analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; minimum 5 years' experience in CRO finance or accounting; experience with revenue recognition systems; highly detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills (Excel, MS Office). Preferred: East Coast location. High-Value: focus on clinical project financials within biotech/medtech/pharma; supporting life sciences innovation; cross-functional collaboration with project and finance teams.
