Clinical Research and Development
Main Responsibilities
- Lead program management initiatives for Mastocytosis in strategic partnership with the Medical Program Lead (MPL)
- Collaborate with Global Medical Director to operationalize Global Medical Team strategies and deliverables
- Drive integrated evidence generation planning through cross-functional partnerships
- Oversee study lifecycle management: process optimization, timeline coordination, and budget oversight for
- Company-Sponsored Studies (CSS): manage approval process; serve as central Medical liaison for Clinical Sciences and Operations (CSO) communications and partnerships
- Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS) and Real-World Evidence (RWE): partner with stakeholders to capture operational details, study milestones, and budget requirements aligned with Medical plans
- Compliance & reporting: ensure adherence to study compliance requirements
- Optimize cross-functional communication and decision-making (meeting facilitation; stakeholder engagement)
- Streamline operational workflows to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory guidelines
- Utilize harmonized Program Management Tools to manage portfolio-level activities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams and external collaborators (where applicable)
- Serve as primary advocate for alliance partner relationships (where applicable)
- Provide specialized program management support for therapeutic area initiatives and strategic priorities
About You
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BS)
- Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience in biotech/pharma, clinical, or scientific environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline
- Medical Affairs experience
Skills/Competencies
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans; manage complex cross-functional programs
- Project/program management methodologies (scope, timelines, risk management, budget oversight)
- Develop/manage reporting dashboards with KPIs using harmonized tools
- Lead/influence in a matrix environment; strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of program management software (e.g., SharePoint Apps, MS Project, or equivalent)
