Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer (Microsoft 365)
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for Microsoft 365 collaboration/productivity platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online).
- Coordinate platform engineering, service delivery, release/transition, operational readiness, and service health/utilization monitoring.
- Partner with Product Owners/Enterprise Architects/Security/Infrastructure to implement the Microsoft 365 platform strategy/roadmap.
- Drive stability, reliability, scalability, governance, lifecycle management, and incident remediation.
- Coordinate evaluation/adoption of new capabilities; resolve complex cross-platform issues; drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain operational standards, analytics/telemetry-driven insights, engineering documentation, and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder/vendor coordination; validate managed service provider/external partner work; provide leadership visibility.
Required Qualifications
- BS in IT/CS or related, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise.
- Hands-on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture, governance, permissions, and lifecycle management.
- Enterprise remediation/optimization/migration/modernization experience; service health/operational support/incident response.
- PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; automation and process improvement.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, information governance, and data management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint/Exchange administration certifications.
- Microsoft Graph automation frameworks; large-enterprise collaboration support; regulated-industry experience.
- Vendor-managed services experience; governance/adoption/operational excellence; large-scale M365 transformation.
